Will try to wake up before 6 pm and experience morning sunlight to restore carcadian rhythm. I don’t even know when was the last time I had morning erection.
Will re join gym after a break of 5 months and start with light excercise
Will start light kegel. Like just 10 daily.
I’ve also planned to go dopamine detox for next few days. No entertaining apps, no music, no videos. Basically all those which gives dopamine. Just daily 2 chess matches(even this is dopamine inducing).
I’ve lately (since last 2 months) got addicted to smoking as well. I think I can handle this and I’ve left this habit from yesterday. So
