Starting again [Journal]

So ever since I’ve disappeared from this app, I ended up with series of relapse, fapping sessions which did no good to me at all.

So I’m restarting again in this journal. This will be day 1.

I’ll read my older posts where I myself discovered how to avoid triggers and how to become strong.

For now I’ll try to avoid:

  1. ■■■■

  2. Fapping

  3. Insta hot reels/twitter hot posts

  4. REDDIT confessions and posts (My biggest trigger)

  5. Thoughts.

  6. Slightly cleavage pics

  7. checking out real life girls.

I’ll come here daily and update.

you must get rid of instagram, twitter and reddit for a while.

I have uninstalled twitter, insta and reddit. They are very triggering and have ocean of triggers.

Day 1:

Clean. No fapping No looking at hot stuffs. No hot talks.

My next few days goals.

  1. Will try to wake up before 6 pm and experience morning sunlight to restore carcadian rhythm. I don’t even know when was the last time I had morning erection.

  2. Will re join gym after a break of 5 months and start with light excercise

  3. Will start light kegel. Like just 10 daily.

I’ve also planned to go dopamine detox for next few days. No entertaining apps, no music, no videos. Basically all those which gives dopamine. Just daily 2 chess matches(even this is dopamine inducing).

I’ve lately (since last 2 months) got addicted to smoking as well. I think I can handle this and I’ve left this habit from yesterday. So

  • NO FAP
  • NO DOPAMINE
  • NO SMOKING
