We are always a bit self critical in our assessment. But if you have kept a track record of your progress, you would gain confidence with time.

I gained some confidence in last 2 months by not thinking about the result and giving efforts as much as I can. I am still not even 30% of what I want to be. But I know, I am not that much low now. I have little confidence which can only be gained through setting small goals and achieving them then increase the difficulty level gradually.

Therapy helped me! Also, talking to friends about self-esteem. I did read some books also- Oh! There’s lot of forums about low esteem!

  1. Sleep well
  2. Get good clothes. Dress well
  3. Get a good hair cut
  4. Go to the gym regularly
  5. Play sports regularly
  6. Get a hobby

Do all of the above and you will not have self-esteem issues.
The advice given by those in the posts above as well is helpful. Apply all.

Making promises and keeping it increases self esteem. Achieve targets, complete tasks…doing something everyday that is tough, this boosts self esteem…plus think positively
