Just cross 90 with great discipline and jump inside a group of unknown people with joy. Many things will happen automatically. Trust me.

I have lived in social fear for 12 years so i know social fear from hair to skin.
Nofap is the only cure known to me… my social anxiety goes away after 3 or 4 weeks of nofap.

last whole decade I had severe anxiety, I missed many family events functions just because of social fear & constant overthinking, Its kinda reduced during my current streak of 62days
