INTRODUCTION
This will be my journal on my journey to achieve my goals on my body-weight workout. This can be sort of motivation for individual out there that want to achieve their workout goals only using their own bodyweight. So here is the brief details on my training.
ME
• 22 Years Old
• Male
• 59 Kg || 1.64 m
GOALS
• 200 Push-Ups
• 300 Sit-Ups
• 500 Squats
I will trained SQUATS on a single day and SITUPS with PUSHUPS the other day and repeats simultaneously. Then i will did a test after complete three sessions for each training.
