I just read Drago diary and im inspired to write my own. As a big fan of One Piece, i wanna relate my journey to this anime as my theme. I just relapse yesterday after new record of 9 days on this app, and what i found, my semen has greatly improved in term of volume and texture. Then i wonder how much i have benefited from nofaps and i will benefit more and more. So here we are, new diary, new book and new journey.

So key of this diary is for me to keep daily check in and write about my day, while try to aim for certain milestone depends on the story of my beloved anime, One Piece. When I reach the milestones, I will watch some recaps of that particular Arc or Section and write a summary here. So this diary will motivate me to reach higher streak with more rewards for each milestone. And I hope it will also be some sort of entertainment and motivation for others. I will also write down my workout routine from other diary of mine into this one in every check in. I hope I can reach 1000 streak just like @drago , wish me luck!
Wake up little bit late at 11am, aim for a better tomorrow.
Got a little bit busy with my day, doing some progress on my final year project where I can retrieve data from the database into my system and fix my repeater on a form.
Just wanna went into bed at 1:37am now, target to wake up at 7:00am tomorrow to write my goals for the day and workout a little bit.

Not really a smooth sail for the start lol
The small boat broken as i try to find my first crewmate. But its not the end to the journey, will steal another small boat and set sail again!!
Wake up early on 9:00 am (excluding subh where i sleep back). But not really productive today as i playing games all the time, well its Saturday. Will rework the day tomorrow to occupy more activities and make the day busier.
Btw, just started the One Piece Challenge and i hope that challenge can be a long run game and help me and those who joined reach our freedom of PMO on Laugh Tale.
Wake up at 10:00am, enjoying weekend to the fullest. Doing all the work stuff and after lunch, applying to 12 companies for internship that will start this September, hopefully will land at some.
Doing a workout to streghthen my body, need to be prepare as a captain. Here the workout detail, simple one yet hard to master :
Push Up = 21 | 18 | 17 | 15 | 13 = 84
Sit Up = 52 | 45 | 42 | 38 | 35 = 70
Just doing basic stuff with higher intensity as im the firm believer of i dont afraid by a guy who trained 1000 style of kicks once, im afraid of guy who trained one kick 1000 times.

Wakeup at 9:00am to set the sail today, plan the day with neat timeline on my diary book resulting in a very productive day where i solve two issues in my fyp, apply to additional 5 companies for intern, answer one pre-interview and secure one internship placement.
Also did a self-learning but only for 20 minutes, and also fail in reading for 15 minutes, so its a fail there, will improve tomorrow. Went for 2.5km run and at night, went for Taekwando training. In the end of the day, really used up all energy and has nothing spare to PMO. Really really effective method.
Will keep on this busy schedule tomorrow like today and hope to get things done.
Today wake up at 8:00am, did my morning routine and straight to class. Then attending university career fair, grab some merchandises and meeting a lot of future employers, really2 great.
But got into deep sleep at 3:00pm until evening, maybe result of drained social battery. Did some work and vibing with my ldr girlfriend. Really happy, got no time or energy for pmo.
By now i think the key of nofaps is to drain all your energy and channel it to the good dopamines. For example, today good dopamines is get morning routine done, career fair, and vibing with girlfriend. Thats what i will repeat and repeat until my brain tuned. Hope for better tomorrow.
