It’s best to just quit but it’s up to you. The reason I say it’s best not to fap is it will only make the addiction stronger. I recommend reading easypeasy way to quit, of course its not a miracle cure but it works for some and is a good place to start.
There is a link to the free pdf. Dont skip steps. That was my mistake and it messed it all up for me. It helped me achieve my highest streak and is not a long read.
