Now what is side quest?
Side quest is for building new habit.
Say you arenāt able to study more than 5 hours a day, you will set a sidequest for you that you will study 5+ hours for 1 week. If you able to do the task you wanted to do, you will be awarded with a rare PokĆ©mon! 
These sidequest are for building habits, it can be anything you want to achieve in short time.
