I think there is big difference
Because faping you are alone and using your hand and after you fap you feel fatigue sadness and depression.
While sex is the opposite
I never heard any one has a depression after making love.
And that is my opinion and i respect all other opinions.

If it is a damn serious relationship, and if you are going to get married with that girl. Then tell her about your NoFap. She’ll be more happy to know this because you’re thinking of a good future for both of you. Give her all the knowledge about disadvantages of Fapping. Moreover you all want to be a father of a healthy child right? 
If Fapping increases upto the limit that it decreases your sperm count, then the next generation and the coming next generations of your’s will have to face congenital birth defects/abnormalities of body structures/ infertility. I hope just thinking about this will change everyone’s mind over here. Believe me, consequences can be dangerous.

It is completely yours choice, friend. But if you’re asking my opinion, I can say that having sex with your loved one has always been an absolutely natural thing for a healthy person. Watching porn has not. It’s an abomination, which have been around just for a few decades. It is unnatural. Our ancestors didn’t have porn. I believe, that internet is a wonderful thing, but sometimes it brings us such destructive, unnatural pleasures.
