I had deep sexual thoughts about my GF
A bit of semen leaked out and I’m horribly worried
Is this considered a relapse?

I’m 28 days in
I feel like I want to explode with all the excess sexual energy
Im really worried

Semen has been leaking out randomly over the past few days I see stains on my undies

Don’t worry even i had this same thing, its just a normal Physiology, which triggers your nervous system. This fluids come when one has intense sexual thoughts, and the fluid you are talking about is nothing but a natural lubricant.

So don’t worry its not counted as relapse and nor do the wet dreams because these things are not in our voluntary control its just a normal physiological mechanism.
But what is in our control is masturbation which you should restrict.

In my journey of 8 months have experience it so trust me it’s normal
