I’ve experienced something similar few days before. While we are sleeping, our body and mind might work a little bit different. Maybe you were close to ejaculation, but woke up before it.
I wouldn’t be worried right now, but if this kind of stuff gonna repeat and you gonna feel something’s not OK, there is nothing wrong in visiting the doctor.

It was pretty stressful because of urges, headache and problems with sleep. But I didn’t peeked or relapsed, although I wanted it so much.
Today is gonna be much better, I’ve slept well, had really good cold shower, and meditated. Day statred fine, its gonna be beautiful!
