Why I want to quit porn and masturbation
- To reduce social anxiety so that I wanted to be no longer an introvert.
- Increase self confidence.
- Focus and concentration in my studies rather than wasting time for mere pleasure.
- Use time productively like reading books.
- Reduce hair problem and brighter skin.
- Increase self-love and self-respect
- Workout to maintain a good physic.
- Develop new skills like playing piano, drawing etc…

My reasons to quit porn:-
- It is very time consuming. The time wasted could be utilized for doing several positive things.
- It is quite addictive! The loop keeps getting repeated.
- Watching porn is not normal. It plays with the normal function of the reward system of the brain.
- It objectifies girls.
- Porn is a reason for many mishappenings like human trafficking etc.
- I want to be more focused towards my career.

Mission 1: My Reasons to quit PMO:
It makes me worse in every aspect of my life by not letting me to have interest in small daily activities like, workout, studying, reaching out friends etc
I already experienced how my life will lead if I didn’t quit this, so I want desperately want to abandon this Behaviour
I want to see people as humans, but nowadays I can’t, I’m habitually seeing everything and everyone around just like the pixels of a phone, needless to say the reason I believe
I’m currently not affected by ED, but after knowing something like that existed I’m scared how I’ll react to that, so this also accounts as a reason
I want to see who really I’m, this sneaky addiction doesn’t make normal things challenging, but make me a person who is very less than an average person who can’t possibly do quite normal things
Guess these were the things in my mind, to be honest I came to know a few of these only now(when I was thinking what to type as reasons)

- Career is important and needs to be 100% focussed to achieve it.
- It takes lot of time with negative outputs. The time can be used in some positive things.
- To control my mind and connects with some spiritual and motivational thoughts.
- It treats females as an object which is devastating.
I just want to be myself when I was in my childhood treating everybody the way they are but now it feels different.
Gone go through long and sufferable pain down the road to get back to normal.
