Biggest triggers and how they will be prevented :

1. Movies sexual scenes and adult content.
Prevention : Not seeing that type of movies and reminding myself that I have accepted
the challenge for ROAD TO 90 DAYS! and I am a part of this community.

2. Instagram News feeds and Youtube adult content videos
Prevention : Limited myself to spend only 30 minutes on Instagram through Digital wellbeing
and still working to use Youtube only for studies.

3.Stress about not achieving what I need in future and then feeling depressed about the same thing.
Focussing on studies with more concentrations and learning new skills to use the free time to overcome urges.

I have worked something on me and it is giving me results and I want you to give it a try.
Just start deep dive in the world of Bhagavad Gita and I will attach a link where you can have a beautiful explanation of each Verse and update me regarding your thoughts.
