- I see a trigger/ get an urge which leads to a relapse
- I peek on social media, or i seek a dopamine hit
- BOREDOM. when im bored i get really intense urges, which leads to peeks, which leads to a relapse
- I am way to focused on no fap. My whole mood depends on it.
- Sometimes i forget the longtime goals. I then go for a short term pleasure, which gives me longterm probems.

It’s been a 13 day streak for me after a long long time.
So, I’m pretty happy. Also, I’ve had 3 urges in the last 2 days but I’ve tried my best and remained in control of myself.
This app and this forum has been a great help in my quest.
