I know there is a Body Transformation Challenge to deal with this. But I need a separate thread for a special emphasis. I was 120 KG , 5 years ago. Now I am roughly 90 now. Never thought I will reach where I am now.
But without a dietician I admit I go to eat shit foods these days. I am scared I’ll go to 120 KG again. I made a topic here before and I failed. But what’s the problem with that ? I’ll try again.
By goal is to reach 75 KG for my 178 cm height. Please never doubt my decision. I want this challenge to be solely for myself. I hope I won’t falter when emotions take control.
I’ll write some goals and post pics of everything I eat and drink except water.

Due to storage issues from now on I’ll write what I am eating on a daily basis than posting the pic.
My phone is 32 GB one with no SD card. WhatsApp have like 6 - 7 GB rn. Also every pic I take have 1 MB above so I have to reduce the resolution to make it less than 1 MB . So these stuffs are tedious process.
So will mention it instead of writing it.
