[Risen] [18 M] The diary to bright future

This is my third day but I am not able to do much of work, in past days I have relapsed 4 times which is not at all good… I am trying to quit this habit from past 1 year but can’t see any progress in myself… My highest streak is 14days but after joining the forum I have got to know that I have the strength inside me to do things and stop procrastination Thank you guys…
I am CA aspirant but I wasnt able to study to my potential though I know my background is science I should study more then others… But i wasn’t studying at all but now after reading diaries of users here I am getting started…
I’ll update whatever I did at the end of the day…
Have kept a target of 4 hr study…
Gyms are closed so i didn’t exercised almost for past 15 days due to which I relapsed more easily… Will do workput at home cause I am covid positive but It can’t hold me back… Can somebody suggest what can I do instead of cold shower for some days due to covid I am having fever so mom is not allowing me to take cold shower… And I am starting to read easypeasy
