I’m planning to report everyday of the NNN, to make myself accountable. I will be true to myself and my word. Whatever it is I will not relapse. Because from all the experience gained from fapping, I can now say when, how, and what causes the urges that leads to fapping. So I’m alert and when the urges come in, my experience will handle the pressure to avoid losing my wicket. I have an exam after this month, so my full concentration will be on it.
