i want to ask you if after having sex with your companion, you reset your streak to zero or you consider it is normal to happen.

Depends on you …

If you are doing semen retention or Hard more of nofap then having sex is a relapse…But if you are on normal mode of nofap that is no Porn and no Fapping , then it’s ok …

Sex is absolutely normal bro… although if it is done with your partner not with a prostitute… the whole point is that you should respect that woman and do it with full consciousness and love then it’s ok… but if you are just doing it for your own pleasure that means you are using her for sex and that’s not right… it will have impact on your mind… but if you love her then it’s ok you can have sex it’s normal…

It is however advisable to abstain from orgasming for atleast the first 3 weeks, because what’s to stop you from increasing the frequency you have sex just to get off when that is merely a guise for the real underlying issues of control & discipline!

Before, i want to do just nofap, but after having sex with my partener (with orgasm), i felt that sex and fap have the same effect on concentration, stress…
So i will not reset my streak, but i will begin doing semen retention (must include sex without orgasm)

In that case maybe you can restrain from sex too for some time
I personally think you should give it a try because my intuition tells it to me that sex is addictive too, just like my intuition tells me to stay away from drugs because I feel in my heart I will be quickly addicted to them even if I take it once
