I do not even wanna go to work tomorrow. The first day and the second day are AWFULL. What can i do to make the first week less hard?
U should plan a routine and follow strictly with discipline.
Do this for one week and you will get the hang of it.
Do exercise, running, cold shower, whatever gets you through the urges.
Dont let your mind wander somewhere in the fansyland of fake dreams.
Stay alert, divert your mind to something productive or watch your favourite sports if you want but don’t go to these film industry, it is cancer, believe me, get rid of triggers like INSTAGRAM
tv series anime etc…
And replace your mind with going out or talking friends and family or go outside if possible.
