Reduce the screen time challege

I noticed a pattern that when urges hit i go to use phone to distract myself but end up relapsing
So here i decided to start this
I personally experience the followjng thing happening with me
I think of using phone for studies and limiting phone usage will reduce my studies(my thoughts)
Actual scenario is i end up watching nonsense stuffs with the least being studies
So in this challenge ill set up the maximum hrs i want to use phone,tv and laptops(all included) totally including studies and classes and gaming and editing
So if any 1 is interested in this will continue this challenge here else will post on my dairy
