I am explaining Reboot with the help of an example :
When Virus enters into our smartphones and it starts to lag & impaired functioning. We Reset the phone to its original factory settings.
Similarly when nofap Reboot completes our body and mind returns to its original state. The state before the habit of porn & masturbation. You becomes a child again with adult mind and strength. Your mind becomes pure from all dirt.
