Read this, if you're serious about quitting p0rn

I see this quite often…

Men hit 7/30/45+ day streaks and then relapse. And they wind up back where they were in the beginning.

Most men take a very ‘surface level’ approach to recovering from ■■■■ addiction.

What do you mean by ‘surface level’?

Good question.

Men instead of trying to figure out what is causing you to relapse, you’re trying to avoid the triggers/urges.

-Having a cold shower to put down your urges isn’t going to stop future urges from forming.
-Blocking all ■■■■ sites on your computer won’t teach you self-restraint.
-Meditating with the wrong mindset may cause more harm than good.
-Doing 10 push-ups when you get an urge may reduce your urge, but what happens when the urge comes back?

This isn’t me saying that you shouldn’t do any of the above.

I’m saying that you shouldn’t rely on these things.

Addictions are a symptom of an underlying problem, usually Stress/Boredom/Tiredness/Loneliness.

The true reason why some of my clients managed to quit ■■■■:

It’s because they’ve addressed the root cause of the addiction which has left them not wanting to watch ■■■■ in the first place as opposed to having strong resilience to urges.

Figure out the root cause of your addiction and your true recovery begins.

You got this champs.
