31/12/2023 - the beginning

My goal is to become stronger during 2024, not to waste it on masterbation and p*rn and neither just counting the days without being productive, not allow myself to think that just staying away from the addiction is enough. The key is to do the basic things that makes one a productive human being, like waking up early, reading books, exercising, watching motivational educational videos, planning the next day, etc. In this way there’s no time left to relapse or thinking about relapsing. Comfort is the enemy.

In this journey I will test my will power against the addiction – I might win this battle against pornography by sticking to a daily routine which I will publish here and dedicate myself towards fullfing it on a daily basis.

Goals, tasks, what to avoid

• A full 365 day productive year :alarm_clock:.
• To develop the habit of waking up earlier :sunny:.
• To strengthen my mindset by meditating + :books: studying.
• To read books and overcome procrastination :open_book:.
• To become a better human being :+1:.
• To get rid of the addiction :sunrise_over_mountains: :chart_with_upwards_trend::muscle:.

• Waking up at 5AM.
• 15 minute simple exercises.
• 10 minutes meditation.
• Reading 10 book pages.
• Work.

• Reading 1 hour.
• Watching educational material (documentaries, motivational videos).
• Positive affirmations.
• Planning the next day.
• Sleep at 11PM= maximum.
