Ego is the biggest enemy that prevent our spiritual progress. Spritualilty is all about love and surrendering yourself to you perfect living master by taking action.
But when ego comes by “I” and “my” we are not surrendering ourself to our guru. Surrendering means everything is yours and i am nothing but it is okay to admit but when someone repeat same statement (you are nothing) for us
We lose our consciousness and fill with anger - how dare you bla bla!
that means ego still exist.
Real love and surrendering is not just admitting the words but making it lifestyle and it is only possible with meditation.
