The loss of semen is dangerous, hard to control and both physically and spiritually exhausting.
I feel like that.

I think all of us have already feel like that.
It doesn’t last too long, soon you’ll be better but remember that the pleasure does not worth the exhaustion.
There are greater things more pleasant and joyful than it, we’re giving up crumbs to discover better things.
