howdy man!
starting NoFap juzz felt right, i got to improve, and NoFap is the prelude to my improvement…
well, my motivation as of now is my crush (high-school sweetheart) and my desire to excel in athletics and studies…
i started this a long time ago, but sadly, i was never consistent… but i did notice a few things like - increased confidence and increased energy levels…
also got a few realizations like - NoFap will never make things easier for you, it only shall make you tougher to endure the reality of life, NoFap isn’t everything, it’s only the beginning…
I knoow it’s not much, but stilll… that’s all i got
