Pretty good start of the streak as compared from the past oneās but now Iāve gotta pump it more just to reach 1 weekā¦After saying yesterday to reduce the internet usage I was actually getting urges to do that too ą²„ļ¹ą²„ and wasted 3 hours today in that.
Also found a pretty good quote which gave me some mindfullness

Couldnāt sleep last night due to insomnia and anxiety due to some family problemsā¦
Wasted whole day on internet didnāt even used timer to study and was on 70% focus level only.

Hi, there, brother. I donāt think you need to wake up at 4 to improve yourself. That damages your sleep cycle. 6 is better, I always wake up at 6, go for jog for 15 min., then do calisthenics, get ready for school ( yes, itās finally opened here ) and when I come back, I take a small nap, eat 2nd small dinner, go work out, then study.
For others, I think abstinence from phone is the best solution to most of them. Aināt it?
Yep bro waking at 4 will damage my sleep if I donāt go to bed earlier ( Which Iām trying my best for ) Cause my sleep schedule isnāt fixed Sometimes I sleep at 10 and someimes at 2 AM tooā¦So thatās why I want to make it earlyy so that I wuld also be able to make up a lot of work earlyā¦And yeah phone is a destroyer If not used in productive thingsā¦
