I personally think socializing with the right people can help u alot (not horny people) , i would call some family mamber daily, strengthen bonds ā¦ boredom or loneliness or depression is the main cause of breaking your streak, talking to someone might help alot over the weak moments, donāt do everything alone cause youāre not alone

Thanks you so much for your words @Rab_J but Iām not worth for these I can hardly ever go to more than 5-10 days after trying from 1.5 years my highest streak is only 54 days tooā¦ just relapsed 1 hour ago after an really procrastinating day
