Protein Powder - Benefits And Side Effects

Well, that’s the point why we all are here. We forgot about all wonderful things in the world, and literally trapped inside our dicks.

It looks like protein powder doesn’t- but I won’t gonna use it. No matter what. Everybody’s on their way.

Bro protein is amino acids.
Proteins is broken up into amino acids in our body.
And that amino acid is what builds muscle.

Experts say that you can eat your body weight in grams of proteins to be healthy. Means if you are 60 kg, then you can eat 60 grams of protein per day. If you eat more than that in total, and excess of protein powder, it will be a problem. If you eat excess protein powder, your kidneys may have problems in long time. If we use in moderation, it is ok.

I don’t think this is true. There is a huge stigma around whey protein for some reason. I researched a bit into the mechanics of muscle growth and protein usage in our body. If you eat really excess protein than what you need daily for gaining, over a long period of time, you obviously will have problems. This goes for any protein, even general food.

172cm tall, 70kg I take 150g of protein… Or at east try to… It’s a little bit harder with no whey

Bro isn’t that way excess? I’m not a nutritionist myself, but from what i have read and heard you should only take your body weight in grams for maintenance and slightly more than that for gaining. (This could be bro-science, correct me if I’m wrong, I’m still figuring out my diet)
I think you need to take professional advice on the amount.

Actually you have to take 1.5-1.8 gram of protein for each kilogram of your body

Well no it’s actually not, because I work as a student at a job which requires physicall strenght and after that I workout. If I took less then 2g per kg, I would be fatiqued and my muscle tissues couldn’t repair (tried with 100g daily - didn’t go well). + sleep. Sleeping 6-8 hours.

Hello
doctor here…
i guess some facts are needed here…

Why the gym trainer doesn’t tells you to repeat the same set of excercise for 2-3 days straight away??
Answer :- with every workout… the muscles that we are working on gets stretched, they tear…

What does protien does.?
Protein facilitates the repair process and gets attached to the muscles…
You see tour muscles increasing… its the protein that is getting into the tear up area and increasing the size…

Normal people doing no workout just simple 10-15 mins workout don’t need to take protein powders or any protein supplements… his day to day lunch and dinner (with considerable protein-food in the diet) with repair the damage.

People working 6-8 hours in the gym needs to take protein supplements because the daily normal protein intake is not enough to repair the damage… if damage is not repaired… muscles can tear apart more with next day exercise.

If you don’t want to take protein supplements… just don’t do heavy workouts.
If you want to do normal workouts then you take considerable level of proteins.
If you are happy with the body you have then don’t take supplyments.
If you still want to do heavy workouts and dont want to take protein supplements… then make sure you ear only and only natural protein food items full time… Nothing else…

Liver has 2 functions… oxidation and conjugation…

When you take any supplements/medicine/food/alcohol… the item undergoes oxidation and oxidants of that items are formed in liver… these oxidants damage liver and kidney… and that why…

There is second function named conjugation… liver produces substances that gets attached to these oxidants and neutralize them and make them in excretable form…
Note:- liver can form these conjugating substance in only limited quantity…

So here is the thing… if you take excess amount of proteins and don’t workout enough then these proteins will not digest and thats why it forms toxicity.

Now note that… if you workout a lot and dont take proteins then muscles are damaged… And if you take lots of proteins and don’t workout enough to deigest that protiens… then liver snd kidneys are damaged…

Thats why you have to see your needs, diets, workout intensity and your overall health before taking anything. And that’s why diet is set…
One can not just randomly take protein powder for 1 year then quit is in between… it should be scheduled.

And im not a laboratory specialist… so I don’t know whats inside the protein powder box…

If one can digest it… he can take it… if one can’t… better stay away to avoid liver and kidney damage…

And for the argument that was going here…

Guys… life is too short to argue what all things to do or not in everyone’s life…

Thousands of people are dying each day…i know because of some virus which is the part of science… but science is the thing that is helping us to survive in this… nature is also the thing helping is everytime… im myself a naturalopathy doctor… i stand on my grounds that nature can cure everything…

but today… we have made ourself used to these products that now its a habit… we can’t live without science…

We are able to cook this natural and veggie food because of science has made those gas cylinders…Ovens and electric stoves…

The main thing is… Thousands of people are dying each day guys… Live the life that you wnat to… We don’t know what’s infront of us in the coming future…
Eat what you wanna eat… est nonveg if you want… we are not going to the heaven now… we hace already committed many sins in our life… not eating nonveg will not take is to heaven…

Live the life that you want… don’t listen to anyone else… and also don’t force your opinion of living the life how you live…

This is a nofap community… we are not here to argue on what other’s should eat or not eat…

I just came accross 4-5 posts related to benefits and side effects of protein powder … all else where just arguments about one imposing his points on the other. and vice-versa.
