Went for a long walk , read for an hour and feeling tired but accomplished.

Used social media for an hour, couldn’t do workout, read few pages, i had a lot of urges, but now I feel better
I relapsed again, I’ve blocked all the websites now but i still feel bad

Felt some heavy urges in the evening, but managed to stay in control
No social media
Screen time: 4 hours and managed to read for a solid 2 hours
No physical activity today but planning to begin meditation from tomorrow.

I’m starting from zero because I peeked at the content, i don’t know why I did that
Relapsed again couldn’t handle the morning urges. Even the smallest things are triggering me these days, so I really need to start keeping my phone away from the bed and stay more mindful.
I think you should block p*rn websites by using stayfree, blockhero they block apps and websites and also use dns

Feeling really motivated and full of positive thoughts to keep getting stronger.
Guys I don’t know why even this is happening, I can’t control more than a single day now
Delete social media, keep your phone away at night and morning, use blocker apps, and stay busy with people to keep your mind occupied. This is what’s working for me for now.
