I am getting a feeling of anxiety, I don’t why, Why am I getting it? It is so much that I don’t want to work and just sit doing nothing. Suddenly I am feeling down.

Unfortunately, I’ve relapsed in my PMO free journey and I have been very upset these days, I know that I can do better and so will i, this last week I was able to put my mind in the right place so I can do what I have to do, and here I am.
