Had a great day obviously better that the last one. Just completed my exercise. Today I did half of the duration because of some work. I also had Bhujia which is a snack (not that healthy but very tasty) and I kind ignoring it for past few days so I wonât get dwelled into junk food but today I had little and from now on I will be careful. Once you get slipped into break itâs not easy to break free
