Yesterday habits - June 16
Main habits
1- wake up before 7am
2- post here after waking upâ
3- working 1st turn (morning) at least 3 hours
4- working 2nd turnâ
5- walk my dog
Extra habits
1- sweep floor
2- exercise
3- meditation
Not much done yesterday because it was a holiday here in my country. But still I worked in some personal project. 6 points.
I really have to start waking up early again
Ok so thereâs no more meaning of me being in this challenge . Now because of school , I donât get time for extra curriculars , itâs just wake up go school , study , come home , eat , study , coaching study , back home , study , dinner sleep .

*Reading bhagwat gita(20-25 minutes)
*Study 9 hours a day
*Workout(30-45minutes)
*Mobile phone on aeroplane mode for 16 hours a day

Some really sad things happened yesterday⌠I just took the day off. Today Iâm back on track! 2022-06-18T12:20:00Z
@BlackMagic123 Sorry! Completely lost the track! Even thought, maybe I should just quit this challenge. But then the idea came - if you quit, you confirm, that you have no back bone, and after the first failure you ran away. So, I am not running will end this month as good as I can!
