I saw a message from someone today in a public post on this app and it may be true. First of all, there is nothing wrong in being gay and it’s a part of personal freedom. But it is not ok if it is not natural and is porn induced. Some research has indeed shown that porn and masturbation may screw up a person’s sexuality. I am not ashamed in admitting that I have personally felt attracted to men and I have struggled with my sexuality for a long time. With all this confusion in life at a very young age, comes anxiety and depression. You feel left out in the society and start to question your direction and decisions. It is a very complicated issue for many but it’s just that guys don’t talk about it much because of shame. I want to go PMO free because I want to find what is truly meant for me and not what may be the effect of years of porn and masturbation. I believe that porn and masturbation may have caused doubts in my mind about my sexuality. I want to be open about it and will stay clean for a long time now.
Your positioning is really interesting. First of all, we are a mass of habits, essentials ones, good ones, bad ones, etc. Each one habit defines who we are. If you consume one kind of content regularly (in your case, gay P*) this may affect your perception of sexuality, but it doesn’t mean that will define your sexuality, so i think that you should try to stop consuming P* of any kind, and after you have overcome this problem, them maybe you will can see what you truly feel about your sexuality, without the foggy of PMO influence.
@Almirante I agree absolutely! I need to reboot and stop this addiction for at least 6 months straight. I will accept whatever I feel after a complete reboot. I am just happy right now because I am on the right path of lust free life and towards becoming a responsible successful man.
