im addicted to fapping after 2 to 3 days… and everytime i feel bad after fapping that im losing my energy… and everytime i make a plan to stop it… and cant do it … last month i wanked for 12 times in a month… plzz help me… :frowning:

Dude start maintaining some discipline if you want to quit this habit. Follow the below-

  1. Delete all porn from your laptop and mobile.
  2. Install porn blockers
  3. Practice yoga and meditation daily for at least 30 mins.
  4. Do some form of cardio vascular exercise like running, push ups and later on after say one or two months switch to weight training exercises
  5. Eat a healthy diet full of fibre to keep your digestive system healthy.
  6. Do not eat spicy and non vegetarian food. Though you can eat non veg occassionally.
  7. Practice deep breathing in case urge arises followed by drinking some water.
  8. Develop some hobby that you like.
  9. Have some goals in life which give you purpose to beat this habit.
  10. Above all don’t relapse again.

Always remember that when you relapse will be only worse. Start to respect your own words. When you tell to you that you won’t do it something or do something just follow your words, no matter what.

let me give you a honest piece of advice. dont expect any magic to happen. secondly, know that YOU yourseld are your only problem. so, noone can help you unless you seriously want to quit yourself. and finally its not gonna happen overnight, you need to take smaller steps first. you havent even made a decent attempt to try, atleast thats what it seems to me.

Bro , find out your triggers . If you fail to do nofap then will blame yourself whole life. Do you want to live like dead man from inside ??? No matter what makes you to Fap , from today kick out all the negative things and start a new life. Remember you don’t have much time . All the negative things such as porn masturbation etc etc will remain same to same but your life won’t .

ok, if you can go 14 days without fapping thats good progress. but you need to push yourself harder. try to find ways to do that, like if you are someone who watches porn regularly then maybe try to cutdown on that luxury, find ways to keep yourself engaged, workout until you get exhuasted! you have been fapping long enough that your mind and body is not used to go much longer without it. so we need to train them both!

with body, you just need to keep pushing your limits a little each time so it can slowly adjust itself to the urges that comes with fluctuating hormones but this would require lot of practise.

with mind, you need to learn how to focus your attention away from anything that triggers your sexual emotions. it always starts from mind so its important we learn to focus on things we want to. try meditation, it will improve your focus.
