but focus on one thing at a time and slowly practice them, making everything into a kind of experiment.
Can you test yourself? Can you give up Facebook for a day, 2 or 3? Or a week? Why not try it?
Or YouTube?
Instagram?
Again, don’t muddle stuff up.
This is a good way build up some mental muscle, just give up one thing and put some effort in, and be glad of your achievements
Personally, I’m 36, so I kinda gave up Insta and Facebook,… But very very rarely use them anyway.
My struggle is with YouTube, because there is interesting and educational things, but if I start to get bored… It can be a dangerous place. Just “nah, not today”
So yeah, focus on simple stuff, like start looking people in the eyes more. You’ve got nothing to be ashamed of, I’ve looked at P for 20 years.
The more you seperate goals,
the more you can start to see results.
If you think to give up Insta, fb and YouTube,
Really Really give them up, at least for the week.
“This week I’m giving up social media” bosh
‘No question! No debate! Just a decision’
But if it seems too much,
be completely honest with yourself and start smaller, and make up your own managble plan.
Eg, “okay, today I won’t watch YouTube in the morning or before bed, and definitely not alone”
Give up pmo the best you can, but be honest about it, and always be kind to yourself.
It’s okay life can be tough, but we can slowly get tough stronger day by day, every time we try,
and every time we fall but stand up again.
To really NoFap/NoPMO, you need a strong mental commitment beyond everything.

Any situation can give a reason to Fap.
We just wanna feel comfort, feel good and it’s completely okay.
I love feeling good. What makes me feel ultimately good is a relationship with God, NoFap, exercise, Tai Chi, dressing well, smelling great and using my mind on music - but I too want to have better concentration/focus, and reading would be a good start. So I challenge myself to read regularly for the rest of this week

You’re in an extremely strong position, you have soooooooo much power right now.
You’re also not a douchebag, humble, maybe a little bit broken which makes you a real tough guy - being broken and imperfect means you’re more able to help other broken ppl. You have some strong qualities which you should feel proud of, never ashamed.
When things are tough, find some quiet time, find some space for you without electronics and without other ppl, and focus on breathing slowly, deeply in & out. Feel it move through your body, through your spine and through your brain.
