// I will post my weekly study hrs only hereafter. This week > 42 hrs ( 6hrs everyday )
Stay strong girl…
Here are the few things which work for me…
1.dopamine detox…helped me to get out of a dark phase of two months
2.joining a library…
3.For me personally I use to listen to premanand maharaji instructions on masturbation after waking up and before sleeping.
4.Doing meditation especially which control s**ual energy
Thnks @BELIEVER2803 i will do these things
Don’t worry everyone does this , even I still do this , daydreaming and living in my imagination.
Nothing wrong in it tbh, if you have waited till marriage then don’t feel ashamed of trying to find someone like you and you will definitely get the right partner for you.
You are much much better than those men and women who sleeps around before marriage and think they will be loyal to their future partner , those shameless people expect a loyal and trustworthy partner even after doing such bs.
I pray you find the right and best guy for you and you always be happy!
Bro it sucks when u created a family there.
Thnk u so much. First i should be financially independent and do all my responsibilities. I dont know why i typed all these things in my diary
[quote=“PlanRed, post:1, topic:89542, full:true”] sometimes I feel like I was ignored by some people here in this forum only bcoz I am girl. In the sense they r pmo free. I tried to have a better convo and to be a good frnd with u all. But i failed.

Hi, welcome to the forum! Sorry if I have seemed to be ignoring you (or anyone else). I only recently realized that this forum is online, so that I can interact through my laptop instead of having to try and type things through my phone (which can be a nuisance sometimes). Also, to be honest, I haven’t trusted myself with reading about women’s PMO experiences, afraid of where my mind might take me. Sorry about that, but I suppose you understand.
[quote=“PlanRed, post:1, topic:89542, full:true”]And once I got phone.

Sometimes, I really dislike technology. I feel like the internet and smartphones are destroying the world. So much depression, anxiety, addictions, and so many ruined lives. And it seems like people aren’t taking it seriously. Parents even give their children unsupervised access to the internet like there is no danger there. I’m thinking it may be about time for us “younger” people (although I’m 38) to start a dialogue about addressing this issue.
ok. I understand.
This issue will be seriously undertaken by government when there is more number of addictors, and users. Even now ppl dont accept this is wrong habit. In a decade everything will be under control i think.

Maturity is when you can override your body; maturity is when you can transcend your body. By body, I mean bodily compulsions, which include your thoughts and emotions, because they are all bodily. You very well know how chemicals in the body translate into thoughts and feelings. We call them thoughts, we call them feelings, but they are just chemicals within, right? So when you can transcend the urges of the body, the instincts, the thoughts, the feelings, and tendencies, then you deserve to be called mature. As long as you are body-driven, thought-driven, and emotion-driven, and you don’t have discretion to see what’s going on, you cannot be called mature. When you are able to see that your every action and thought — the pseudo-understanding — is all influenced from the outside or by other people, and you have misunderstood it to be your own actions, then you become mature. When you seek to become mature, the very idea of it shows you are seeking it under the influence of your societal surroundings. Maturity cannot be attained by the desire to become mature. You simply understand the falseness of every bodily action — your desires, thoughts, urges are not your own they are all being triggered or borrowed from outside just observe them, don’t try to find a solution. The very act of observing is the solution… Then a new form of understanding emerges which is very pure(completely untouched by anyone including you) & it’s completely yours
Then maturity comes to you without even asking for it.
Ok bro . Got it now @AR23055
Bro dont take their words serious. Just keep it i ur mind this is not ur time but soon it will come. U have more potential to do things in studies but u r not doing it. I am just wondering if we needtl to add “The” before our usernames. Because it is grammatically incorrect when we refer to something so specific as '" Awaken One “” or “” Enlightened One"" we need to add the word “The”
Third Guy kicks in
Hell yeah let’s see who will study more
We are not the only one enlightened or Awakened.
I don’t know. It also sounds correct if you say: He considers himself as the “Awaken One”
See u have used "the "
Ones*
Damn first time I correct a grammar mistake. I will ask for an English degree tomorrow…
