No bro. That is the problem. That self control strikes when it is time to study never working for me. Even in my scl and clg days we all are making fun but when they open their book they will start to study. Iam the one, only one who is staring at my frnds mouth how can they study after this much fun?? But i will score more than them with less hrs of work… I wont let this thing happen again. I forgot the seriousness often.

When you study just study, when you take break don’t think about anything. You can use a timer or clock while you are here , so that you don’t use rc for more than 30 minutes at once.

Relapsed after day 12 . Its quite long than i did before… I diverted the first thoughts… I really feel ashamed and full of guilt when i was in church 
its a sin to chant his name in church after doing the sinful thing… I will keep up the spirit i had before hereafter.
