Personal dragon [15M]

Hello, I’m Casper! I have never posted on community forums, but I plan to meet new people and seek help in the best way possible. During July, I relapsed many times, and my mood declined. Unfortunately, I don’t know any trustable adults to communicate with. I have considered other methods like therapy, hotlines, and school counselors, but I prefer speaking anonymously. During 2023, I have journaled my progress in dieting, exercising, and personal hobbies. I have had many unproductive days, but I’ve noticed respectable improvements during the past thirty days. Regretfully, I’m having a difficult time when it comes to pornography and masturbation. I don’t believe they are inherently wrong, but I want to stop. I will consider any advice I receive and hope to contribute to this forum’s community. Cheers!

As a long time addict, I can ensure you that ■■■■ is inherently bad and destroys you first mentally and later on physically as well. I experienced both. Unfortunatelly the effect of ■■■■ on yourself is hard to notice untill you experience life without it again. ■■■■ destroys your confidence, you self image, your attitude, your energy and motivation, your relationships. On the long run you reach a state, due to the heavy misuse of dopamine, where your neural network is so distorted from the healthy version of it, that you won’t be able to maintain an erection with a human partner, but you can get it up to ■■■■. This is called PIED(■■■■ induced erectile dysfunction).
So Í’m glad that you made this decision:

I wish you all the best and a quick recovery!
