my current streak -9 days
today at same usual time at around 3-4pm i got a super strong urge . This was the time i used to fap whenever i got an urge.
But this time I said to my mind - “I have to complete the 1000days of nofap ,I have to make it my lifestyle. I have seen my worst version of myself now lets see the best version of myself” .
Gradually the urge got fade away.
and um happy that i didnt fap.
