What are you guys opinions on having a wet dream…does it break your streak ? Or do you continue ? For me. I don’t count wet dreams as a fail cause you don’t fap intentionly and you are not on control of what exactly you are dreaming. Now- i got another question about all benefits on no fap do they not appear when I had a wet dream ? I mean is it about not fapping and watching porn or is it about the fact not relapsing like mit cumming If so that hard bc wet dreams appear more when on no fap bc of sensitivity
Wet dream is not relapse. It is just a replacement of old sperm cells with new one. During these times, its better not to think about the benefits, just believe in the process and move on. The benefits will surely come again after some time.

nice answer bro love it, yeah just keep going even im at 250 days i still got some wet dream, and if u ask for benefits yes i already feels ton of benefit 
but i do hope this wet dream stop hahaha kinda lazy to wash it huhhh

One thing I have observed that wet dream increase the urge on that particular day. Plz be careful on the day having wet dream. For my case,l always,I repeat always relapse either on the day I got wet dream or last night I don’t able to sleep

thanks mate. I dont really have strategy but i keep trying and if i feel some urge i just go outside my comfort zone(alone) and go talk with other people, also i do some exercise.
Lastly i always think that this habit gonna destroy my marriage later so keep that in mind, imagine ur wife find out that u have this habits and more worst that she found u have some type of ED
because we know this habits can lead to some of ED like Pied,Pe and more bad things that gonna effect in long terms
so yeah if i have strong urge i always tellling my self that things.
