Right now I must study a mechanics lesson but decided to set and give it some time to think it through
I noticed most of you guys are setting numbers to reach … I know its essential to give up fapping but for me its different
I am not thinking about days (few hours to reach day 3 ) because it works wrongly with me instead of getting motivated to succeed I find myself relapsing cause that’s what happened to me the last 3 years
Maybe you shouldn’t think too much about how many days you have held clean just to remain focused about what your doing
I’m 16 right now and just few months I will be 17 the reason I am here is not because I started to feel the physical and mental weaknesses (except for the memory part ) but because I thought about my future when I graduate start having a job etc… I felt depressed and you could say I’m scared to back to it now despite I don’t have many days its just 3
Can someone give it up with one try ? “The main question in my mind” but I go back and think about how impossible I cant do it again , its something I used to do one time everyday almost
My advice to whoever reads this don’t stay in the darkness , this is motivational speaking but I mean it , you know that morning erection , open your room windows let the light in. it will decrease the chances to fail at that time to zero … Believe me
