You were edging which is bad. You squeezed your shit so hard which is even more bad and you kept your semen from escaping which is really really bad.
If you really care about your future you should never do this again. Edging alone will make your addiction worse. Not letting your semen out can cause dangerous problems and pain in your penis as well as problems with ejaculating and much much more.
