Not able to study at all

I am not doing good.
I feel lazy for whole day. I barely study 2-3 hrs when I should be studying for atleast 9-10 hrs. My board exams are very close and here I am not able to even study properly. I feel sleepy and tired for all day. I sleep for 8-10 hours and still feel tired and sleepy. I start getting urges to fap just after a day.
I don’t know how can I recover from this condition.
I have my entrance after around 2.5 months . I will fail to get in my dream College if I continued my preparation like this. I have motivation to do it , but it disappears when I start studying.
I don’t want to regret in future for not studying enough.
I feel like it’s chronic laziness, i feel exhausted everytime.

Heyy there , I have faced and am facing pretty similar situations . I am doing nofap from past 1 year but I relapsed 2 times about 3 weeks ago . That relapse completely shattered my mind . Fortunately , I do not have any exams to face right now , I have just entered class 10th . As your boards are close , its really difficult time to face this problem . For all the days left with you - First of all DO NOT FAP ANYMORE , it can really affect your exams if you fap more .
Second thing - As you might be facing brain fog , difficulty in concentrating and memory problems , you need to utilize as much as time you can in studies . You’ll probably feel like you aren’t able to remember or learn but when you sit in the exam room and give the paper , all things get back in your brain automatically . Don’t think again n again about the exams , prepare your best and trust yourself .
3rd - Do workout and meditation in the morning . exercise will sweat off all the bad things and will prevent urges , meditation will calm down you mind and help you in concentrating .
DO NOT WATCH PORN , IN FACT , DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ANYWHERE ELSE . YOU EVEN DON’T HAVE TO TIME TO THINK KEEP THINKING ABOUT IT . ACT FAST , USE YOUR TIME IN STUDIES .

Whenever you don’t feel like studying , remember your goal . Doesn’t matter how tired you are or how is your brain working , if you have true determination towards it , you’ll automatically get sticked to studies . At this point , I know it’s difficult to concentrate .
For that , I’ll suggest -

  1. Study with good friends or in front of your parents
  2. Reduce the usage of laptop/phones
  3. Whenever urges come , divert your mind
  4. Sit in a fresh atmosphere while studying
  5. Take regular sips of cold water in between the study hours
  6. Don’t study while laying on bed
  7. Go out for a bit of walk in evening or morning
  8. Take proper diet
  9. Study schedule wise concerning the time left (Do conceptual learning )
  10. Don’t take tension , prepare your best , study with interest and trust yourself BE POSITIVE
