I studied 4+ hours
For me itās Lifesaver
I had been trying nofap previously for 1 and a half plus years. But kept failing continuously. Couldnāt even get past two weeks. 
But the first time I joined the forumā¦ I made a 40 day streak on the first goā¦
That streak changed everything.

IM very ashamedā¦ THIS WAS NOT MEANT TO GO LIKE THIS, BUT UNFORTUNATELY, RELAPSED IN THE MORNING TODAY
i have nothing to say , but it was all my fault. i will not go more into explanation.
My best ever streak comes to an end. by this streak i have known many unknown things about nofap. you know how heartbroken im feeling right now , i was almost thereā¦ like almost.
this failure means that i have more to learn in order to grow, feeling very sad.
SOMETIMES, THINGS DOESNT GO IN YOUR WAY
Thats it that was all about my relapse today, and seriously i felt the worst level of guilt today.

Bro @nofapstar123 donāt take the relapse too seriously. Its just a set back, Iam 100% sure youāll make it into a comeback. Tell yourself that itās ok; everyone makes mistakes in their life and you made a mistake because you are human. Thats all there is to it. Take it slowly; talk with family, watch a good movie. Donāt focus too much on nofap and streak. A relapse wonāt take away the improvements youāve made till now.
A full blown binging can take away everything
So be careful with that.
And get back to fight.
