Hi guys. i will be honest with you all.
Past few days were not been well for me4 days ago i relapsed 3 times in a single day. I felt very angry with myself and thought i should quit trying, i didn’t have the strength to say it here, and i simply thought this is not possible for me because everytime i tried i failed for my own mistakes.
My mind keeps finding excuses. I felt worthless so decided i should leave forum. If only i would have been more careful of my actions i wouldn’t have to suffer the ,pain till this day.
its been a long isn’t it?
Today also i relapsed , but i found little hope and strength to write it here.
“START again start Again”— Tiered of this shit. I am just not willing to leave small pleasures, I am still just a person who counts porn is something precious deep down in my mind,

Same bro I’m also in that phase I can understand that situation I also thought of leaving forum after relapsing I felt angry at my situation.
After a lot of support from companions & I wouldn’t want to leave & started no fap journey again .
Whatever the situation is don’t leave this forum until you’re full cured from this addiction .

When I Relapsed , I also was very sad and thought thia forum is a time waste…But this is how our brain tricks us by telling a lie to us…I realised my mistake and came back after relpasing 1-2 days continuously… I’m glad you are also back

I understand what your going through bro. Even i had a doubt something is not right because I didn’t see you post. I am also going through the same phase. Tomorrow is my bday, one more year will pass and I just kept saying I will not do it again without any action
