Yesterday was a nightmare for me.
I was having shortness of breath in night again and i couldnāt sleep. They took me to hospital gave me oxygen and done some ecg test everything was normal . Doctor said its due to stress .
Do some mediation, thatāll help.

Plz donāt be hard on yourself. If you lose sometimes its ok accept it and move on. Donāt stress over anything , at the end everything will be alright. Your health should be the priority.
Donāt isolate yourself from the world. Sometimes go out to places and enjoy . Work when its needed.

Symptoms i am facing rn-
- Feeling very anxious
- Feeling internally scared from something and i donāt know what it is
- Donāt want to see anyone ir talk with people
- I want to tell my perents about how i am feeling but i donāt have the energy
- 0 motivation to do anything. I lost believe in myself completelyā¦
I feel like its never going to fix.
It happens sometimes to me also bro. But the only thing to overcome this is changing your mentality. Just close your eyes and have deep breath for 5 mins. Then go and do the things which you like the most. It should be relaxing and should distract you from anxiety. My distraction from anxiety is listening to U1 songs. Try this dude.
Hey @nofapstar123 I felt the same last year, these things doesnāt go with distracting your mind. You have to find root cause on why these are happening. You have to improve yourself everyday and thatās how the self doubt goes. As the time goes, you have to improve.
Bro i need assurance that i am going to be alright. Because these kinds of incidents scare me up too much. Now i am afraid of going to classes . What if it happen agiain. There is constant thoughts all over

Brother @nofapstar123 isolate yourself from the world. Close your eyes like @rajameghanan said and meditate. Try to visualize and analyze what your body is feeling. Think about the first time you felt that way and try to find the reason for what caused this like @BlackMagic123 said. And once you do, find the solution to your problem cause youāre the only one who can. You are able to find it and I believe in you. Never doubt your potential buddy!
Ask yourself what particular incident in the class led to that panic attack. Open up about it here, thatāll help.
Rest just force yourself for meditation, also journal about your problem as much as you can with the motive to find solution, keep journaling until you find solution to each and every problem you are facing.
Iāve seen offline journaling in my rough notebook or anywhere about such problems and situations where I am feeling stuck always helps.

Right now , i donāt have much issues as i came back home. I had little bit anxiety in the afternoon but i think im recovering
But now i have phobia of going back to class
What if it happens again what if it becomes worse again and what if i become dependent on sleeping tablet .
These thoughts are the last i need to eliminate somehow.
Bhai aisa mat soch okay pehli baat toh phobia face karne se kam hota hai aur dar kis baat ka hai tujhe ki class nhi jaana, teacher se dar lagne lag gya ki padhai se.
