It’s super fucking strong if you play your cards right.
In game, if you raise its defence and hp to its max by training, teach it belly drum and give it a sitrus berry to hold, Hariyama can beat the opponent’s whole team itself. I’ve done it many times

Just for information, linoone with bellydrum is more dangerous than Haryama. Ev train def and sp.def. Then sitrus berry as item. After belly drum, it is fast and hit hard like a truck. You can see a youtube channel Flygon HG when he used linoone to sweep entire elite four and champion in Emarald
