As I am really frustrated about the night falls. I had had it last time on 31st July. It was the 2nd or 3rd time during 15 days.
How could we try to avoid it??
And what should we eat to improve our health??

Nightfall usually happens because of body heat, try to wash your feet with cold water before going to bed at night and massage your feet and sole with oil and sleep.
I will try doing this from today.
hey if u are having frequent nightfalls,
use this method
follow these steps!
- 10 mins Before sleeping wash your feet with tap water
- Sit down dry your feet
- massage ur feet with mustard oil for 2 mins
it is very effective bro!
