You know winners never give up no matter how many times they fail.
Remember this guy 
He did neve give up, he lost many times but still kept fighting and finally won one league.
you know, why you lost? because you were focusing on Nofap only. thats not the way to do nofap. You have to do other work which keeps you busy, which makes you 1% better at the end of the day!
so try again and again!
