I’m so sorry guys, I relapsed. I had the strongest urges I’ve every faced. I guess this challenge was too much for me, now I should go slow and sure.
I feel miserable, but I gotta get up somehow. Don’t lose hope fellas :’)

It’s okay don’t just be sad about it … Change is a slow process…
When I started I used to not hold more than 2 days…
Now the avg is around 40 days after 8 months…
I have lot of progress in thoughts life style and habits… After 6 months…
Just don’t give up … start Again keep goal of doing better 5 % than the last time
